Student Travel Support Program of PSE Asia 2016

The organizing committee of PSE Asia 2016 will provide travel support program to a maximum of twenty best students attending PSE Asia 2016 conference from overseas. Thanks to generous grants from Ito International Research Center and private companies, students may apply for a roundtrip economy class air ticket to-and-from Tokyo, arriving on 23rd July 2016 and departing Tokyo 28th July 2016.
To be eligible for travel support, you must be an author of a paper accepted for PSE Asia 2016, present a paper at the conference, and finish early bird registration as a student before 15th April 2016. The official travel agency of PSE Asia 2016 will arrange, purchase and send you a roundtrip economy class air ticket to-and-from Tokyo.
To apply the student travel support program of PSE Asia 2016, complete and return the application form. Applications are due on 15th April 2016, sent by e-mail to pseasia2016@tobutoptours.co.jp with the subject line: “Student travel support program application of PSE Asia 2016”. This deadline is firm, and awards will be announced no later than 28th April 2016. In case the number of applicants exceeds twenty or our budget, the organizing committee of PSE Asia 2016 will select the applicants according to evaluation results of their papers. All students and supervisors will be notified of award decisions by e-mail.

Notice:
1. This program doesn’t reimburse an air ticket that you buy by yourself.
2. Students are responsible for all expenses related cancellation or itinerary change of an air
ticket.
3. Retain the original boarding pass stub to Tokyo and hand it to the symposium secretariat
at the registration desk.
4. Retain the original boarding pass stub from Tokyo and mail it to the symposium
secretariat at the following address after returning to your final destination.
